Cloud Pens
[June 2021] - Cloud Pens by Prodir is the progressive web app made to enable brands to measure their haptic advertising performance, keep their message up-to-date and retarget their audience. With its own custom dynamic QR Code, each pen gets connected to a campaign mobile landing page, expressively engineered for conversion.
I imagined Cloud Pens as a product digitalization model to be marketed as a SaaS. When I proposed it to the Prodir board I was immediately given the chance to develop it and shape the relative corporate project team. While leading the team, I took care of designing the overall web app UX and project managing the development of the web app skin and code. Finally, I was overseeing the marketing team in the execution of the integrated marketing and communication strategy. Cloud Pens was warmly received as a true innovation in the industry, while according to the data, corporate marketing KPIs reached most excellent levels.
Prodir.com
[March 2021] - The all new Prodir online platform was developed to offer a smooth and premium web experience, which enabled Prodir to permanently discontinue its iconic print catalogue. The new Prodir.com features optimized search, interactive video content, and a new product configurator.
As a Head of Marketing and digital expert at Prodir, I was closely leading the digital marketing team in the execution of such a complex and challenging project. At the same time I had the chance to develop the overall content architecture, share my consultancy for UX best practices, manage the marketing budget and liaising with internal C-level stakeholders. Thanks to SEO and UX improvements, relative KPIs were increased by up to +18%, despite strongly hostile market conditions due to the pandemic.
Open
[April 2019] - Open is the digital publication, available also as a biannual magazine, through which Prodir tells stories from the world of design, communication and sustainability.
Leading the Prodir marketing team I had the chance of supervising the overall redesign and online content strategy, coordinating the project team and liaising with internal and external key stakeholders at a strategic level. In 2021, a time when I was still managing the online magazine, Open was listed as the 13th best blog in Switzerland (Feedspot), next to the blogs of KPMG and Swiss and consistently increasing its ranking. All relevant KPIs were risen by factors ranging from +8% to +25% thanks to the new content strategy and SEO.

[December 2018] - Based in Eastern Switzerland, Leica Geosystems is the world leader in spatial measurement. Leica products employ a variety of technologies, including LiDAR and GPS satellite navigation. The Swiss firm is part of Hexagon, a publicly listed global information technology company specialising in sensor, software and autonomous solutions.
As a Digital Project Manager I had the opportunity to drive the web launch of key products, such as laser scanners and unmanned aerial vehicles for surveying. My responsibilities included coordinating the web development team, projecting the website wireframes, supervising the process of content creation, consulting internal stakeholders for user experience and lead generation.
